TechTools Warranty Policy

DigiView Products: 1 Year Warranty (all other products: 90 Days)


TechTools DigiView Products are covered by a 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty (all other products: 90 Days). This warranty covers any failure of a TechTools product due to manufacturing errors and/or defect. Failures due to misuse, abuse, over-voltage or excessive current conditions (accidental or other-wise) are not covered by this warranty and no warranty is implied for such failures. TechTools will not be responsible for any consequential damages or losses directly or in-directly related to failure of a TechTools product.

Warranty Procedures:

If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, the customer must contact TechTools to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to TechTools in Rowlett TX. The customer may use a carrier of its choosing to return the product as long as it is a door-to-door service and the shipping costs are prepaid.

TechTools, at its discretion, will either repair the defect or replace the product upon receiving the failed item and determining that the failure falls within the coverage conditions expressed in this warranty.

TechTools will pay the shipping costs to return a repaired/replaced warranted item to the customer.
