| New 64 bit and 32 bit Drivers with Win7
Support Our latest DigiView software release (6.0) includes new,
digitally signed 32 bit and 64 bit drivers with full support for Windows XP,
VISTA and Win7 operating systems. The proper 32 bit or 64 bit drivers will be
registered with Windows during installation, making driver installation and
updates an easy process. |

| Just Released - New Version of our Most
Popular Analyzer Our popular DV1-100 has been replaced with the new DV3100.
If you have experienced the DV1-100 or a colleage has recommended it, then
DV3100 will surprise you. DV3100 sells for the same price as the DV1-100 did,
but has many new features. DV3100 uses multiple, automatic memory compression techniques (Tri-mode) and 2 times the physical memory of the current DV1-100, resulting in longer capture times. Our new compression techniques eliminate any concern over sample-rates vs capture lengths. The DV3100 capture time-span can exceed 11 MONTHS at 10ns resolution. Of course, any signal THAT quiet would not be too interesting. The point is that the length of dead time between edges is now irrelevant. There is no need to ever reduce resolution in order to capture more time. Our compression techniques automatically adapt to the data in real-time to ensure optimal memory usage without sacrificing sampling resolution. Advanced Trigger Circuitry: The DV3100's trigger capabilities have been greatly expanded to mirror the DV3400. We include 8 universal match circuits. Each, can be configured to any of 9 match types (=,<>,<=,>=,STABLE,PATTERN,EDGE). Each match type (except EDGES) also includes a 20 bit duration qualifier. Additionally, the Pattern match type and Stable match type can "AND" multiple signals and the Edge match type can "OR" multiple signals. The match circuits feed into a fully populated, 17 output Sum-of-Products array. This allows the match circuits to be combined and shared to all 17 destinations. The Sum-of-Products array feeds each of the 16 sequencer stages as well as directly to the trigger out. Advanced sequencers: Dv3100 includes 4 cascadable, 4 stage sequencers. These can be chained in any combination to produce longer sequences ( 1@ 16 stages, 2 @ 8 stages...) Each stage includes a 20 bit pass counter. Advanced Configuration: Advanced triggering is useless if it is too complicated to configure. When we released the DV3400, we also released a new version of our Digiview software to help manage the complexity. This software introduced a dual-mode (GUI and text), schematic like approach to configuring the matches, sequencers and trigger output from a single window. A text window shows the 'formula' for the configuration while the 'schematic' shows the flow. DV3100 Feature Summary:
With the release of the new DV3100, we are also releasing DigiView Software version 5.0. DigiView 5.0 New Features:
1. New Measurement feature
for all Signal definitions. Each Signal definition will calculate measurements according to the signal type. For example, any Asynchronous signal will calculate number of characters while the Boolean signal will calculate the number of transitions. The measurements are displayed in the Status Window for each adjacent pair of markers and the Active-marker / Trigger-marker pair. Some Signal types will display more than 1 measurement 2. New Mouse Wheel Support in All Windows. The mouse wheel can be used for fast zooming in each waveform view. In all other windows, the mouse wheel can be used to scroll vertically. The mouse wheel will affect the currently focused window. 3. New Multiple Monitor Support. All Digiview windows will be restored to the previous used monitor and the position on that monitor. If a monitor is no longer available, the location will default to the primary monitor (the main Operating System monitor). 4. New "Zoom & Scroll" History Buffer. Every scroll or zoom action will be stored in a history buffer, similiar to a browser's history. This feature is handy if you accidentally marque and want to return to the previous zoom or if you want to quickly browse back and forth between multiple points of interest. 5. New Scroll feature for the Status Window. The status window now contains more information, including the new measurements feature, so scrolling was added to view this information while the status window is docked or otherwise limited in size. 6. New Display options for State Signals. State signals can now be viewed as Hex, Decimal or Octal values. 7. New Button Bar on Waveform Views. The old "floating" button bars have been replaced with a simpler button grouping above each waveform view. This will recover the wasted horizontal area of the main window and reduce the possibility of unintentionally using the wrong button group. 8. New Scroll Bar position on Waveform Views. By popular request, we have repositioned the scroll bars to be consistent for both waveform views. The scroll bar now resides above the "Quick Flags" of each waveform view whether in single or split mode. The new button bar is positioned beside the new scroll bar location. 9. New Live Status information. All information relating to a marker's movement will be updated in real time as the marker is being repositioned. This feature can be used for fast analysis of timing and other measurements without releasing the marker or dropping it on a waveform. The Status window will continuously update while the marker is in motion. 10. New Direct Signal Export. The export functions have been modified so that any signal can be exported directly from the main menu, even if a Table or List window has not been created for that signal. 11. Color Theme Update. Color Themes have been slightly modified for greater marker color choice and color maching. Now, every marker color set is usable with any color theme. The slight color and usage modifications will increase each theme's usability. Our new Model DV3100 is already available and shipping. The selling price is $499.00, which includes our Capture & Analysis Software, all cables and a full compliment of 20 micro-grabbers. Use the links on the right for downloads and information. |
