Can a Gang adapter be safely connected or disconnected when the QuickWriter is not programming and the LEDs are on?

The Gang adapters can be safely removed/inserted even
though the LEDs are powered. If you do not wish to remove the Gang adapter
while the LEDs are powered, click the "Reset/Clear Errors" button to turn off
the LEDs.
