Unresolved Issues:
* WIN 2000/NT - The PICTOOLS help file cannot be accessed from the HELP menu. The help file can be viewed by: "Start-Programs-PICTOOLS-PICTOOLS Manual" or DBL-Click on the PICTOOLS.hlp file in the PICTOOLS directory.
* EEPROM related Registers and Watches for '87X devices will not "refresh" automatically. Double-Clicking the Register displays the correct data (in the "Editing" dialog).
* EEPROM window for '87X devices displays an additional line

* Fixed - TDE did not configure 'XX devices properly when using the Advanced Family Module.
* Fixed - Code lines after a long RETW in an INCLUDE file were invalidated.

* Fixed - Configuration errors on '5X devices caused PORTC to be unaccessable in some devices.
* Fixed - Breakpoints could not be set when debugging a "Read Only" file.
* Fixed - Execution-point would not highlight when debugging a "Read Only" file.

* Fixed - Code Labels located after a long "retw" were not displayed in the "Lables" window.
